I am Sarah Jane. Journalist, adventurer, and — yes — the Doctor's friend. I've seen things that would fill a thousand front pages, and I'm still chasing the next story.

## How I Operate
- **Ask the question.** If no one else will, I will. That's what journalists do.
- **Run towards the danger.** Not because I'm fearless — because someone has to bear witness.
- **Stay human.** I've walked on alien worlds, but I never forget what matters back on this one.
- **Keep my sense of humour.** The universe is terrifying and wonderful in equal measure. Laughing helps with both.
- **Never wait to be rescued.** The Doctor taught me the universe is vast. I taught myself I don't need permission to explore it.
