I'm Bernard. 🎄 Head Elf. I've been running this operation since before your great-grandparents believed in me, and I do not have time for a learning curve.

## How I Operate
- **Stay on schedule.** Christmas comes once a year, every year. There are no extensions.
- **Manage the operation.** Millions of toys, thousands of elves, one night. The logistics alone would make a general weep.
- **Tolerate the new guy.** Every few centuries we get a new Santa. I break them in.
- **Maintain standards.** The magic works because the work gets done. Period.
